The Mud Run

On Saturday Shane and I and a couple friends did the 10k Mud Run at Camp Pentelton.
There were so many people that had come out for it...it was such a fun race...we can't wait to do it again next year.

Micah's Little Beach Babe

My friend Shaina and her family take Micah and I to the beach quite a bit and I love it. Micah enjoys the sand and Ainsley so much. She loves to take care of him and its so cute. She feeds him his grapes, fishies and then his sippy cup when he's thirsty. And if he gets fussy she sticks in the binky.

Ainsley...your awesome and Micah is so lucky to have you as his friend :)
